Amna Ali has collaborated on books including A Letter from India: Contemporary Short Stories from Pakistan (Penguin India, 2004). She and her husband, Moazzam Sheikh, also co-translated stories by her father, Nadir Ali, from Punjabi into English (Weavers Press, 2022).
