Moikom Zeqo

Moikom Zeqo (1949–2020) was one of Albania’s most important writers and public intellectuals. In 1991 he was appointed minister of culture, and from 1992 to 1996 he served in Albania’s parliament. From 1998 to 2004, he directed the National Historical Museum. When he died in 2020, he had published one hundred books.
