Hadaya Shamun is a Palestinian writer, journalist, researcher, and novelist from the Gaza Strip. She has three published short-story collections and two novels. She is the author of the blog Gaza on My Mind. She holds a master’s degree in media studies and has published dozens of research papers in both Arabic and English on gender issues and Palestinian women.
