Gabeba Baderoon is the author of three poetry collections, most recently The History of Intimacy. She sits on the board of the African Poetry Book Fund and co-directs the African Feminist Initiative at Penn State. She is at work on a poetic memoir of concussion, “Autobiography of Sand: Relief Map of a Drifting Mind.”
