Chelsea T. Hicks is an interdisciplinary artist and writer. Her work has been published in Poetry, the Paris Review, McSweeneyโ€™s, and elsewhere. She is the founding artist of Words of the People, and her book A Calm & Normal Heart won the National Book Foundationโ€™s 5 Under 35 Award. She is Osage.
