The May 2015 double issue of WLT features New Hebrew Writing: 15 Voices from Israel and Abroad, an outstanding selection of fiction and poetry by more than a dozen writers—with most of the authors appearing in English translation for the first time—plus interviews with Ronit Matalon and Dory Manor. A generous sampling of other poetry, fiction, essays, interviews, and book reviews appears elsewhere in the issue, which also offers summer reads recommended by WLT’s editors and a celebration of the legendary Puterbaugh literary festivals that have taken place at the University of Oklahoma since the late 1960s.
